Complaints: If we do not deal with your complaint within the timescales set out in our complaints policy, or you are unhappy with our response you may be entitled to take the matter up with Legal Ombudsman. To the extent within its jurisdiction, complaints to the Legal Ombudsman should be made within six years of the act or omission complained of or within three years from when you should reasonably have known there was a cause for complaint and in either case within six months of the date of our written response to your complaint to us.
