Andrew Bloom

Andrew is a solicitor and head of Legal Services.

He is a corporate lawyer who works with clients ranging from start-ups and owner-managed businesses to larger SMEs and international public companies.

Andrew advises on corporate restructurings, investment/shareholder agreements, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate advisory matters, within the UK and internationally. Andrew and the team have particular expertise helping businesses whose owners want to exit by selling shares to employee ownership trusts (EOTs).

Despite his youthful appearance, Andrew continues to advise a number of clients who he first acted for in the last century! Andrew is described by clients as results-oriented, and combining an in-depth knowledge of the law with good commercial sense.

Before joining Moore Kingston Smith, Andrew was a partner in an international law firm.
